This month, Safety First Group received ISO 9001:2015 for the fourth year running. This accreditation is given in respect of Hygiene, Legionella Control and Health and Safety.
What is ISO?
ISO is a quality management system that gives a systematic approach for businesses like Safety First Group for meeting customer objectives.
The aim of the ISO certification is to enhance customer satisfaction through application of the principles of the system, including improvement processes. Overall the objective is to ensure we conform to a set of UK standards and carry that through to our services.
We first achieved ISO status in 2017, and have continued to do so every year since then. The ISO accreditation demonstrates the efforts that we as Health and Safety consultants go to in order to continue to provide products and services that meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
